Beaches of Valencia
Valencia has 8 beaches totaling more than 20 kilometers.
North of the port of Valencia is the beach of Cabanyal-Las Arenas, 1.2 km long and 135 m wide. Further along is the Malvarrosa beach, 1 km long and 135 m wide, which is the perfect city beach.
To the south of the port, there is Playa de Pinedo, 1.5 km. long and 32 m. wide and then Playa de l'Arbre of Gos, 2.6 km long.
One of the busiest beaches of Valencia, Playa del Saler, is situated in the heart of the Albufera Nature Park . It is 2.6 km long and has a natural protection from westerly winds with a large tract of pine trees.
Beyond Playa del Saler is the Garrofera Beach at 1.5 km, the Devesa beach, which is 5 km long beach and is the only wild beach in the municipality and finally Perellonet Beach, 3 km long and 66 m. wide.
