Cross the bridge over the Sil river (photo 1 km 0.5) and you will get to Quereño (and to the Autonomous Community of Galicia). Keep straight on and pass under the railway bridge. Afterwards, follow the direction that indicates the arrow and the sign of Rua Quintairo (photo 2 km 0.7). Go through Quereño following the indications of the yellow arrows until you reach a fork (photo 3 km 1.0) where you should keep straight on.
After that, you will reach a concrete construction that you have to circle (photo 4 km 1.4). At this point begins a dirt path with a short but steep slope. Once you almost reach the peak, you will approach a fork where you should turn on the left (photo 5 km 1.8). Continue by the dirt and stone path (photo 6 km 2.0) which is really easy to follow. You should always have the river Sil on your left and the railways on your right. When you reach a fork with a tunnel (photo 7 km 2.7) continue on your left without going under it. Later on you will find a railroad track (photo 8 km 3.2) that you have to cross. Continue on the left afterwards (photo 9 km 3.3).
About 800 meters later there is a fork where you should turn to the left (photo 11 km 4.1). Afterwards you will approach Pumares (photo 12 km 4.4). After 200 meters from the entrance of Pumares, turn to the right (photo 13 km 4.6) and you will reach the Plaza de la Estrella, where at the height of the fountain you should turn to the left (photo 14 km 4.7). Just after that you will see the White Hermitage of Nuetsra Señora de la Estrella and a dirt path (photo 15 km 4.8).
Follow this road for about 1.2 km (photo 16 km 5.1 and photo 17 km 5.7) until you reach a group of crumbling houses that in the past formed the locality of Nogueiras (photo 18 km 6.2). Follow the road always clinging to the railroad tracks which should be on your left (photo 19 km 6.3).
After about 3 kilometers by this road (photo 20 km 7.5 and photo 21 km 8.0) you will reach the cemetery of Sobradelo (photo 22 km 9.0) and later on you approach the center of Sobradelo (photo 23 km 9.1). Go through the town (photo 24 km 9.4) until you follow again the main road (photo 25 km 9.8) that gently slopes and where you should continue on the right (photo 26 km 10.2). Follow the road about 2 km until you reach a fork signed with a blue mark (photo 28 km 11.9) and keep downhill until you get to Éntoma (photo 29 km 12.4).
Go through the town until you reach a fork on the left side (photo 30 km 12.7). Take the dirt path (photo 31 km 13.4) that gently slopes uphill in the first kilometer and downhill in the second one and that will take you to the OU-0801 road (photo 32 km 14.8). Take the right-hand road and after 800 m make a detour to the left (photo 33 km 15.6). Pass under the tunnel (photo 34 km 15.7) and turn right. Then you should approach a short but steep ascent (photo 35 km 16.0).
This dirt and stone path leads to a road with a slight uphill slope that you should take on the left until you get to Bodega Cooperativa de Jesús Nazareno (a winery) (photo 36 km 16.3). Keep going on your right and turn left on the next fork (photo 37 km 16.5). If you follow this road straight on, you will approach the center of O Barco de Valdeorras (photo 38 km 17.6).
